The exceptionally quiet yet strong 1500 W motor, with a 7 year guarantee, has continuous speed control and a timer, as well as a unique gear construction located directly under the bowl, which makes the machine strong and robust. The Ankarsrum Original kneads up to five kilograms of dough at a time. Most older accessories work on the new machines, and vice versa.

Warranty

Your Ankarsrum comes with a 7 year Warranty on the motor base
a 1 year on the attachments.

Warranty does not cover: Commercial use, user negligence or abuse, nor does it cover use for the wrong purpose. To qualify for the warranty, proof of purchase is required. An original receipt, confirmation from the retailer, OR registration with us will all be accepted.

We recommend the Purchase of a SURGE PROTECTION Plug in to protect the mixer against the Instability in the Electricity Distribution System.

Wow, the Ankarsrum is superbly designed and manufactured, not to mention an absolute pleasure to create with. It's so quick and responsive to get the mix and textures perfect, I look forward to adding the range of accessories and get this baby fully kitted out.

Best thing since sliced bread. The machine is a robust workhorse which has the style to grace any kitchen bench. I've made three batches of sourdough in it from 1kg to 3kg of dough and the Ank handles and kneads the dough to perfection quietly and without apparent effort. Love the simple timer on the switch and the fact it sits on the bench without bouncing around. I'm retiring my 30 year old Kenwood from dough kneading.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
