Each Assistent Original AKM6230 standard package includes accessories to make cooking easier and provide invaluable help when baking everything from sponge cakes to sourdough loaves. This is the latest model of the classic Assistent Original, with several new clever functions and improvements.

Thanks to its more powerful 1500 W motor, you can mix even heavier doughs with ease. The Assistent also has motor feedback, meaning that the machine itself can regulate its speed depending on the load. Its unique gear unit allows the machine to be both powerful and quiet.

A huge 7 litre bowl makes this the ideal machine for making large batches of dough. It can mix 1.5 L of dough liquid and 5 kg of dough without a problem.

DESIGN

The Assistent has an attractive and sleek design, low noise levels, and sits firmly on your worktop. Handle and control knobs now available in chrome-plated zinc. Assistent® Original 6320 includes a 7 L Stainless Bowl, Dough Roller, Dough Knife, Spatula, Dough Hook and proving lid. A 3.5 L whisking bowl in Tritan plastic for best results, Balloon Whisks and Shortcrust Dough Hooks.

With its wide range of accessories, you can also mix, whisk, grind meat, make pasta, squeeze citrus fruits, and more.

a 1 year on the attachments.

Warranty does not cover: commercial use, user negligence or abuse, nor does it cover use for the wrong purpose. To qualify for the warranty, proof of purchase is required. An original receipt, confirmation from the retailer, OR registration with us will all be accepted.

We recommend the Purchase of a SURGE PROTECTION Plug in to protect the mixer against the Instability in the Electricity Distribution System.

Mixer not received

I purchased a mixer on the 16th June, received confirmation email and then when it was posted received a tracking number. It is now the 29th June and I have still not received the mixer I purchased. Have tried contacting the sender through multiple avenues and have not received a response.

Watch a YouTube video to catch the fine details of operating this machine, but it's fine if you do that.
I've used it twice for bread and once for a cake. Keep an eye on the creaming of butter and sugar because it works very quickly.
The mixer was delivered promptly.
A good machine and good service.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
