Ankarsrum Baking Steel

Our baking steel are mined from the Swedish Kiruna mine, and processed in Norrland’s hinterland. The result is a product of the highest quality, with a life that spans for generations, just like our Ankarsrum Assistent Original. Together with the baking steel we also sell a handmade birch paddle.
