Ankarsrum – Assistent Original Mixer 1500w – ROYAL BLUE – Matte Finish

Ankarsrum Original Stand Mixer – Royal Blue – Matt Finish

The Ankarsrum Original is the Swedish-made stand mixer built for bakers who take their kneading seriously. Unlike traditional stand mixers, the Ankarsrum’s unique bowl-rotation design lets the dough do the work — kneading up to 5kg at a time without straining the motor or compromising on gluten development.

This box includes everything you need to get started, with 10 attachments included at no extra cost:

• 7L (30 cup) stainless steel mixing bowl
• Dough roller
• Dough knife
• Spatula
• Dough hook
• Proving lid
• 3.5L (15 cup) whisking bowl
• Balloon whisk & cookie beater
• Ankarsrum recipe book

Powerful, Quiet, and Built to Last

At the heart of every Ankarsrum Original is an exceptionally quiet yet powerful 1500W motor, backed by a 7-year warranty. Continuous speed control and a built-in timer give you precise control over every mix, while a unique gear construction positioned directly under the bowl delivers the strength and stability serious bakers need. Best of all, most older Ankarsrum accessories are compatible with the new machine, and vice versa — so your investment lasts well beyond a single model.
