Best thing since sliced bread. The machine is a robust workhorse which has the style to grace any kitchen bench. I’ve made three batches of sourdough in it from 1kg to 3kg of dough and the Ank handles and kneads the dough to perfection quietly and without apparent effort. Love the simple timer on the switch and the fact it sits on the bench without bouncing around. I’m retiring my 30 year old Kenwood from dough kneading.
