Great mixer develops dough to perfection a bit pricey. Could not fault blackwood delivery within 4 days can’t ask for more.
The best mixer I’ve ever had!! I had a KitchenAid & Kenwood mixer before; and this is the best. It’s solid and stable, made with high quality of material. Have tried it for a 2kg dough and It doesn’t “walk”!! Used balloon whisks to whisk eggs and it was fluffy in a few minutes.
