The exceptionally quiet yet strong 1500 W motor, with a 7 year guarantee, has continuous speed control and a timer, as well as a unique gear construction located directly under the bowl, which makes the machine strong and robust. The Ankarsrum Original kneads up to five kilograms of dough at a time. Most older accessories work on the new machines, and vice versa.

Warranty does not cover: Commercial use, user negligence or abuse, nor does it cover use for the wrong purpose. To qualify for the warranty, proof of purchase is required. An original receipt, confirmation from the retailer, OR registration with us will all be accepted.
We recommend the purchase of a SURGE PROTECTION plug in to protect the mixer against the Instability in the Electricity Distribution System.

I love this mixer. I purchased the Ankarsrum for sourdough which it does so easily. I can mix up 4 kgs of dough with the roller. It is gentle on the dough and build amazing glutin development. I use the Ankarsrum for everything I bake. It mixes meringue fast, large batches of cookie dough, everything I use a mixer for. Worth every cent and has a 7yr warranty. My Kenwood is now retired. So many colours to choose from is a bonus.
